We will not guarantee shipping times other than to place any order with expedited or ground shipping per the customers request. Once shipped, we have no control over the transit, are not responsible for delays due to weather or any other factors. If you schedule installers based on percieved shipping arrival times it is at your risk. Things happen.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

1. Orders totaling $100.00 or more are eligible for FREE shipping via UPS GROUND or other carrier of our choice.
2. Items that require truck freight or crating are excluded from this policy and will be charged accordingly.
3. Single Items that exceed 36" in either width or height may incur oversize fees regardless of the free ship policy.
4. Free shipping does not cover Hawaii or Alaska and applies only to the lower 48 States.
5. All products have a production time. Products that ship ahead of the estimated production time are not eligible to receive free shipping upgrades.
6. Where possible, eligible orders (per above) that will take more than 3 days in transit per the UPS ground map shipping schedule, will be upgraded to the next shipping level, FREE of charge. Some orders ship from other manufacturer's and we do not get notification of the ship until after it occurs, so the upgrade is not guaranteed but we will do our best to ensure the policy is enforced. No monetary liability is assumed for failure of us or the shipper to comply with this policy and actual time in transit is solely the responsibility of the carrier.
7. Some small orders may ship USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. This is normally faster than UPS ground for small items.
8. Delivery Signatures are required on some orders.

 

PRODUCTION TIMES

All products are made to order. Quoted production times are approximate and do not include the time in transit. Most times the production of a given product will ship on or before the quoted time but it is not guaranteed. Some times the product will ship much earlier than specified. Some times, a product requires more time than quoted for a given order. THINGS HAPPEN!

The rule of thumb here is that if you need a product to arrive by a given date, don't rely on the quoted time. Call us and we can check with the factory and add "MUST SHIP" dates manually to the order. If your required date is not possible we can give you a real date to work with so that you can look elsewhere. Bear in mind also that we do not control the shipping company who may also drop the ball.

Please don't schedule installers based on any perceived production time or arrival dates.

Expedited Shipping

This includes all shipping other than ground service. Expedited shipping is charged ACTUAL COST, after the product has been produced and shipped. It appears as a second charge on your credit card statement. Be forewarned that expedited shipping of bulky items such as irregular shaped letters can be expensive. We have seen charges in excess of $150.00 for overnight shipping on larger items. Even a small order can be a minimum of $25.00 so please only use this option if you absolutely have to. We have no way to predetermine shipping costs prior to the letters being produced and packaged. WE DO NOT SECOND GUESS YOUR CHOICE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ADVISED OF ACTUAL COSTS PRIOR TO SHIPPING.

Expedited shipping does not effect production time

The quoted production time for a given product remains in effect regardless of the shipping method.

Expedited Production
Depending on work load at the plant we may be able to expedite your order ahead of schedule if requested to do so. Be advised that in order to expedite an order in the production phase, the factory will require you to prove your need for being placed ahead of the line by requiring that the product be shipped either next day or second day air. Beware... this can be expensive! SEE ABOVE

Plant Location and Shipping Times.
Because we work with many different manufacturer's, our products ship from several locations across the United States. We manufacture about 60% of what we sell and those products ship from Montana. For products we distribute, they could ship from New York, Virginia, Chicago, Texas, Iowa, Minnesota, or even Nevada. Shipping times vary as do production times.

International (including Canada).
